Fundraising merch

Raise money with every sale. Without the admin.

Help us reach our goal

Progress bar on your shop

Four steps to a fundraising shop. The money handles itself.

  1. 1

    Pick a charity or cause

Browse the Merchable Fundraising Network and ask to become a Supporter of a charity or cause. They approve you.

  2. 2

    Design with their assets

Place their official logos on your products, right in the design studio.

  3. 3

    Add a split

Give a percentage of your margin or a fixed amount per item. Set your price to keep the profit you want.

  4. 4

    Shoppers donate at checkout

Every order can add a donation on top. Add a goal widget to your shop to rally your community.

Built into your shop. Not bolted on.

Badges on every product

Each product shows who it supports and how much of every sale goes to them.

Donations at checkout

Shoppers can add a donation for each charity or cause on their order, and a gift card can pay for it.

Goal progress bars

Set a target for your shop and show what you've raised so far, at the top or bottom of your shop.

Receipts that say who got what

Order emails list each shopper's donation and who received it, and your Giving report shows what your shop has given.

Fees and tax, in plain words.

Registered charities, verified by us

  • No fee on checkout donations or sales splits. They receive 100%.
  • Merchable covers the card fees.
  • Checkout donations to a charity endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) can be tax-deductible for the shopper.

Causes that aren't registered charities

  • Merchable's standard platform fee comes off what shoppers give at checkout.
  • No fee on sales splits, and Merchable covers the card fees.
  • Contributions aren't tax-deductible, and shoppers are told so before they pay. A registered charity we haven't verified yet is treated the same way.

Your split comes out of your margin, so it's a donation from your business. Everything raised is paid to each charity or cause on the 1st of every month.

Share your cause in the Merchable Fundraising Network. Supporters raise money for you.

Gyms, clubs and businesses sell their merch on Merchable. Once you join the network, they can ask to become your Supporters: they put your logo on their products and give part of every sale to you.

  1. 1

    Share your assets

Publish your official logos. Supporters place and scale them on their designs, but can't edit them.

  2. 2

    Set your rules

Choose a minimum amount per item, and whether you approve each design before it goes on sale.

  3. 3

    Approve new Supporters

Each gym, club or business asks to support you. You decide who raises money in your name.

Questions, answered.

What does it cost?
Nothing extra. Your split comes out of your margin on each sale. There's no fee on donations to registered charities we've verified, and our standard platform fee applies to what shoppers give to anyone else at checkout. Merchable covers card fees.
Can shoppers claim a tax deduction?
A checkout donation to a registered charity endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) can be tax-deductible, and the order email is the receipt. Donations to causes that aren't registered charities aren't tax-deductible, and checkout says so. The split from your sales is your donation, not the shopper's.
Can one design support more than one charity or cause?
Yes. A design can support several, each with its own split. Shoppers see a donation box for each one at checkout.
Do I need permission to use a charity's logo?
You ask to support a charity or cause and they approve you. They publish their official logos for you to use, and some also approve each design before it goes live.
When does the charity or cause get paid?
On the 1st of every month, Merchable pays each charity or cause everything raised the month before, with a statement.
