Fundraising

Let Supporters sell merch for your cause. Free to join.

Join the Merchable Fundraising Network. Gyms, clubs and businesses become your Supporters, put your logo on their merch and raise money for you with every sale. You approve who joins, and Merchable pays you on the 1st of every month.

Your cause, your rules. Supporter merch sales support your mission.

Share your assets

Publish your official logos and set a minimum amount per item. Supporters can place and scale them on their designs, never edit them.

Approve every Supporter and design

Say yes or no to each shop that asks to support you. If you want, approve each design too: shoppers can't buy it until you do, and you see exactly what you approved.

Promoted with every sale

Every Supporter product shows shoppers how much goes to you, with your logo, your story and a link to your site. Shoppers can add a donation on top at checkout.

Questions, answered.

What is the Merchable Fundraising Network?
The charities and causes that shops on Merchable can raise money for. Once you join, gyms, clubs and businesses can ask to become your Supporters, put your logo on their merch and give part of every sale to you.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no fee on anything raised for registered charities once we've verified your registration. Until then, and for causes that aren't registered charities, Merchable's standard platform fee applies to what shoppers give at checkout only. Merchable covers card fees for everyone.
Do we need to be approved?
Not to fundraise on your own shops: you can start straight away. We verify a registered charity on its country's register before waiving the fee and putting its registration and DGR details on receipts, and we review each request to join the network so other shops can support you.
Can we be a cause if we aren't a registered charity?
Yes. Club fundraisers, appeals and community projects can join as a cause. Shoppers are told their contributions aren't tax-deductible before they pay.
Who decides which shops use our name?
You do. Gyms, clubs and businesses ask to become your Supporters, and you approve or reject each one. You can also ask to approve each design that uses your logo, and set a minimum amount per item.
When are we paid?
On the 1st of every month, into your nominated bank account, with a statement of what each Supporter and design raised.
