Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if production has not started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address and we will confirm the change or explore rerouting options.
Where can I find my tracking link?
Tracking is emailed as soon as a shipment leaves the fulfilment partner. If you have not received it within 24 hours of your order marked as shipped, reach out and we will resend the link.
Do you offer exchanges or remakes for size or print issues?
For sizing exchanges we will guide you through a return and reorder process. For print or product defects, we prioritise remakes—share photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
How do budgets and coupons work?
Some shops include team budgets or discount codes configured by your organisation. If a code does not apply or you are unsure about eligibility, contact your program admin or our support team.
Who do I contact about customs or duties?
If a carrier requests additional information or payment for import duties, reply with your tracking number and we will help clarify or provide any required documentation.
